I am anti-Apple.
I hate closed ecosystems (like Apple).
I hate that the security mechanisms are based on the ignorance of people (as Apple does) instead of the mechanisms being public and people can analyze them thoroughly.
But Apple gives more money than Android. The Apple user who has spent $ 1,000 on a mobile has less trouble spending $ 4.99 on an application than an Android user who has spent $ 200 on the mobile.
For that reason (to be able to do developments for Apple) I bought a MacBook.
And I recognize that, at the hardware level, the MacBook is VERY WELL constructed. It works well, in case of disaster you can restore the laptop with only having an Internet connection (you do not need CDs or USBs or anything ...)
Eye, I have been a user of IBM / Lenovo equipment since always, I recognize that they are very robust, but Apple is one level above (and there is not much difference in price between the Lenovo Thinkpad 'good' and the MacBook.
The truth is that (and I say it with a small mouth) Apple is very good.
