Approximately every 10 years, a new generation of wireless technology emerges.

The 5G is the next generation, the next revolution in mobile network telecommunications standards and the use of frequencies above 6GHz.

The goal is to connect the future 50 billion devices of the world.

The main objective of 5G Network will be to provide the platform to connect a large number of objects to the Internet, and thus support the Internet of Things (IoT). The 5G could cover the needs of Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Internet of Vehicles (IoV) or auto driving cars, smart buildings / homes, smart phones, computers, portable devices and industrial automation.

Compared to 4G, 5G will allow a 10X improvement in performance , a 10X decrease in latency , a 100X improvement in traffic capacity and a 100X improvement in network efficiency . 4G will continue to improve over time as well.

With respect to the network architecture, 5G Network will use the MIMO concept of Massive, MIMO multiuser. Massive MIMO is already used for 4G LTE and LTE Advanced. The massive MIMO base stations are equipped with many antennas located or distributed around the main site of the base station, to mitigate the effects of noise, fading and multiuser interference.

In the Massive MIMO concept , a large number of antennas (usually 32 to 64) are used in the Base Station simultaneously to serve tens or hundreds of users or mobile subscribers (MS) in the same time frequency network. 5G Massive MIMO can support up to 256 antennas. A massive MIMO with 128 antennas could provide 12 times more spectrum efficiencies compared to the existing 4G network.

AT & T and Verizon pre-5G arrived last year, but the first official releases of 5G will be made this year in the United States, with a broad deployment in 2019.

The first 5G offers will arrive around 2019-2020.

Ten times faster than 4G technology, 5G technology will be so fast that you can download a 3D movie in 30 seconds.

Robots, smart cities, cars that drive themselves, state-of-the-art surgical equipment and instant communication for any service, all will work with 5G technology.

The 5G technology will mainly serve the machines . Millions of devices will connect with each other to receive all kinds of information that enrich and make our lives more comfortable.

The 5G technology is much faster than the 4G network, it also allows a greater number of devices connected to the same point, apparently not more efficient in terms of energy use.

Therefore it is easy to deduce that first the data connections will be cheaper even more, since there will be fewer limits with the higher transfer speed, another part is that it will also allow new devices to connect to the network without saturating it, devices like the so-called IoT (internet of things), or even autonomous cars could make use of this technology.

Per se, beyond the user experience, its greatest benefits will come from the technologies that take advantage of its capabilities.

The obvious thing is the greater transfer speed that will be had ALWAYS AND WHEN YOU HAVE A 5G TEAM.

The following is what already exists: apps

It will be possible to really call someone by Skype or Whatsapp to the same quality of a call or watch TV or any other app based on the network.

Obviously you will see your laptop less and less and you will want to put a keyboard on your smartphone.

Yes, you will look for a plug to recharge the battery every hour because the Smartphone that does not fit in your pocket will wear faster despite its huge battery.

Services based on the operator? Very few unless they are credits or consumption monitoring apps
